We liked the mango fried rice the best. Other dishes were good too, just the sauces were too sweet. The place and service are great.

Great place for lunch meetings, it is generally pretty busy but had lesser wait times because its fast moving. Good Ambience, great food and decent staff. (Except that they're generally in a hurry to take your plates away)

Bad phone call receptionist, retraining is recommended. Tried to call in and make a reservation, due to bad signal I couldn't hear him very well and asked him to repeat a question twice, the guy who answered the phone raised his voice and literally yelled at me....... wow........ he must be extremely busy at the moment so had to rush and hanged up my call right after without a proper good bye. Anyway, one star for the person who answered my phone, and for the management team, the receptionists should provide a more welcoming service to customers.

Loved the food. Excellent staff and service. Will love to go again and yet again

Two tips: Whatever you order, ask for a peanut sauce side. It goes well with everything...Our family starts with the squid salad. It has a spicy red sauce that we keep on the table to add flavors to the hot dishes.

Nice place and good food overall. The service and food quality are inconsistent. But when it’s good then it’s really good.

We dined here in 09/18. The property itself is just amazing. The decor and art are beautiful. Staff is welcoming and servers are aware of the dishes offered. I ordered, Yum Tua Plu , a green bean dish served with hard boiled egg. I typically order Pad Thai but thought, “ why not try something different?†The reviews were wonderful. Let me tell you this is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Good spice and in combo with the eggs, just amazing. My partner ordered the Garlic Delight. It too was amazing. Good prices and portions. A must try. Wish I could take a restaurant home to Detroit with me!

The food was delicious. The Mango Thai Iced Tea was my favorite! It's sooo delicious. They have additional fruit flavored Thai tea. The fruit is freshly added to the tea.For the food, especially the entrees. They give generous portions, so money well spent. The prices justify the amount and quality of the food. It's not too expensive, most entrees are ~$12-$15? IIRC.The service was great! Friendly staff, fast service. The environment was super clean and pretty modern.Would come again. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian review.I ordered a red curry with tofu and white rice. The food hit the spot and was excellent. The restaurant is low on the heat/spice side - for comparison, 4/5 was below Fire Sauce at Taco Bell. Even the chili power is not as spicy compared to what is generally tends to be.The restaurant is huge and the ambience is nice though a bit dark and less 'traditional' Thai.Overall this place is a hit but it's no Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine in San Francisco but a close next tier.

Good place for business meetings and date nights. Had over 30 minutes of wait on a week day evening and they apparently won't take same day reservation in the evening. Food was fine though.

Pros: Food tastes good. Ordered the garlic chicken and various apps to start with and all tastes great. Big menu and lots of options. Spiciness can be customized to your liking for each dish.Cons: Extremely noisy. We went on a Monday night at 6pm and had to yell across the table to talk to each other, which killed the ambience for me. Took about 20 minutes for appetizers to come and about another 15 minutes for entrees, but it was a busy night so I guess that's understandable. but overall very disappointed that the waitress messed up my to-go food. I had half of my garlic chicken entree left and asked for it to be packed to-go. I realized much later that instead of packing me my leftovers, she gave me plain rice instead...Lesson learned: always check your packed to-go boxes or pack it yourself.

Good lunch menu at a good price. I ordered pad Thai but a bit disappointed because they did not cook my bean sprouts directly with the dish. I don't like my veggies raw all the time but with the noodle dish was not hot enough to wilt my sprouts to just take the edge off. I also didn't like that my noodles came out semi warm.

Food was tasty, but took quite a while to come because the restaurant was very busy. We ate at the bar and without any prompting from us, the barmaid delivered us a starter free of charge and comped our drinks, because of the delay. Very good response to the situation! I only knock off a star because the bar seating is incredibly uncomfortable, the bar is too narrow so you only have about 8 inches of legroom which is nowhere near enough.

Good Thai restaurant. The food is decent and spice level can be adjusted to your taste. Not every dish is perfect but they have good variety and you will like some. Price is decent to the quality you get.

Exceptional food, kind employees, consistently great character. They charge reasonable rates and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.

When I am in Redmond, we usually stop here once. They have all of the traditional Thai dishes. I usually get a curry or the Pad See Ew. Both are great. I think the portions sizes are just right here too although some people may think it's not enough. There are plenty of drink options at the bar including beers that go well with the dishes. The place can get pretty busy at times especially at lunch so plan accordingly.

Excellent food and service. I have eaten here a number of times and keep going back. Pineapple fried rice and prawn curry are my absolute favorites.

This is doubtless one of the most pleasant place to eat in the region. Every time I come there I am greatly happy. They keep their high level service and the topmost level of meals they give. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Restaurant has very good, tasty thai food and few variations of other East Asian cuisines. Food was nice cooked and well presented. Serving was also sufficient and marginally larger than other thai restaurants in town. One thing which no one can miss is tastefully decorated ambience to make mood of anyone. It took nearly 15-20 mins to serve the order for three. So one need to have sufficient time to go and enjoy, can't expect a quick service.

Yummy food. Pad see ew and the red curry are very good. Nice decor and atmosphere. Quite busy so may have to queue though.

The food at Bai Tong is always amazing - fresh. delicious and consistent. I would say the service can use some improvement, but overall the best Thai place in the area and definitely worth trying if you haven't already.

My favorite Thai place by far. They never let me down.Since they are so good they are also popular so expect a wait at peak hours, but totally worth the wait.

It was an average experience. My husband didn't want go to Bai-Tong but I insisted and it was a letdown. Food was quite average and not as tasty as good Thai food usually is. Plus our server wasn't very friendly and it felt like she was doing us a favour. It will take a lot to go back there. 😑

Their fresh rolls are the best I’ve ever had! Also love the beef pad see ew and Thai iced tea. My fav Thai spot on the east side 10/10 recommend!

Every single dish we tried has a very balanced and tasty flavor. I recommend trying the garlic fried chicken and fried rice along with the Bangkok soda

My wife and I love the food here. I ran into one of the servers, Joe, in public and he was a great representation of this business. Excited to see you when you reopen!

Great place, awesome food, great service, economical. Everything i looked for on a date night. Waiting time might be a little long but it’s definitely worth for the place.

One of the best Thai restaurants in the area! Crispy Garlic Chicken here is to DIE FOR. I order it every time I come, and I love it. If you don't have a sweet tooth like me I'd suggest any of their other dishes, but the Fried Rice is amazing here as well!
